Rules for submitting new place

• It is important to upload high quality images as possible
• Image sizes should be at least 640x480px
• The picture may not be distorted, must have the correct proportions
• Small and poor quality images will not be approved
• Do not upload copyrighted material without permission
• You have to fill in all the fields correctly (correct answer, location etc.)
• Now you can add your place now.

Recommendations for adding pictures

• IMPORTANT: Correct answers must be from wikipedia.
• Upload images that are not so difficult to guess. We want everyone to be able to guess some places and have fun.
• Please be careful writing tags. Write only what you see on the picture, do NOT write corret answer there.
• Tags should be singular nouns only, prefer simple words.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

• Q: I know correct answer but there is still "wrong answer" message
  A: There are usually more available correct answers for every place. If nothing works for you and you are still convinced that your answer is correct, please visit wikipedia for exact correct phrase, remove special characters (use only a-z) or click "report problem" link on that page if everything fails.
• Q: How approval works?
  A: After adding your place, administrators have to approve it. That means that your newly submitted place will probably not be visible for others immediatelly. You can find your approved places on your profile page.
• Q: Can I submit similar images of the same place?
  A: Yes, it is not forbidden. But if you want to do so, it is better not to do it at the same time.
• Q: Can I guess the place I submit?
  A: No you can't
• Q: How many points do I get for correct answer?
  A: Max points for each correct answer is 5.
• Q: How hints work?
  A: There are 3 different hints for each place. Use as many you want clicking on "hint" icon. Using hint will reduce available points for correct answer.
• Q: How about stats?
  A: Users collect points for each correct answer. All time stats are in %. That means that it doesn't matter how many places each user submitted(user can't guess his own place). Percents are calculated from apropriate base for each user. If you submit your place it can indirectly help you in stats - you can be higher with the same amount of points. In other words the more places you add the better stats you will have.
